This opportunity, backed by a BBSRC grant, is at the forefront of research into Bacteriophage Exclusion (BREX) phage defense. The project encompasses an exciting array of interdisciplinary techniques, including microbiology, molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and structural biology.
Embark on a journey to unravel the mysteries of BREX defense, exploring the roles of BREX complexes and small molecule signaling within this cutting-edge phage defense mechanism.
