Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Manager or Associate Director in their newly launching antibody discovery initiative to support translational research and therapeutic development in oncology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing display-based discovery workflows using a proprietary naïve antibody library and supporting the buildout of a high-functioning lab focused on identifying and characterizing novel binding domains for therapeutic use.
The candidate must have a Ph.D. or M.S. in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Protein Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in antibody or protein binder discovery using display technologies. And should be capable of designing and carry out binder discovery workflows targeting oncology-relevant antigens using phage and/or yeast display platforms.
