The Center for Antibody Therapeutics (CAT), is seeking a Lab specialist to work on the phage display. The lab’s focus is on identifying and characterizing antibodies using phage display technology. This lab work includes molecular and cell biology experiments, molecular subcloning, plasmid extraction, protein expression and purification, cell culture, viability assays, flow cytometry, ELISA, SPR, and protein biophysical property characterization. Along with routine lab, working on the Identification and characterization of antibodies by using the phage display technology is mandatory.
