Research Assistant in comparative genomic studies of bacterial pathogens using of AI and machine learning

Perform modeling of protein-protein and protein-molecular interactions. Support applications of AI and machine learning to bacterial genomics. Conduct comparative genomic studies of bacterial pathogens by employing bioinformatics to analyze microbial communities at the University of North Texas.

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Biology or Computer Science. Expertise in machine learning and basic programming.
