Work with a collaborative team of experts in molecular biology, NGS, AI, and bioinformatics, with an initial 3-month training period in Santa Fe, NM, before relocating to Durham, NC.
- Perform antibody selections using phage and yeast display technologies.
- Validate antibody libraries and optimize antibody affinity.
- Execute molecular biology techniques including PCR, cloning, and DNA assembly.
- Design genes and primers; analyze sequences for accuracy and optimization.
- Follow and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve processes.
- Adapt to fast-paced project timelines and contribute to team goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Immunology, or related life science field with 3+ years of relevant experience in biotech or pharma.
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, cloning, and sequence analysis.
- Experience with gene and primer design.
