The lab of Jeremy Chase Crawford in the Department of Host-Microbe Interactions is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Scientist to develop and implement novel technical approaches for assaying single cell dynamics, high throughput functional screening, and high parameter molecular phenotyping. This position will work at the cross-section of immunology, molecular methods development, and integrative analytics to better our understanding of childhood immune development, immune perturbation from disease and treatment, and host-pathogen interactions.
Candidates with experience in the following areas are especially encouraged to apply:
- Development and optimization of next-generation sequencing-based assays.
- Single-cell transcriptomics/multi-omics.
- Phage ImmunoPrecipitation Sequencing (PhIP-Seq).
- Next-generation proteomics (e.g., Olink, SomaScan).
- Development/management of multifunctional scientific teams.
- Immunology, microbiology, or host-microbe interactions.
- Large cross-field collaborations using human samples.
