Postdoctoral Fellowship in Translational Cancer Pharmacology

The D’Amato Lab of the Vascular Biology Program at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School is seeking a highly motivated post-doctoral researcher to join a team which is actively developing drugs for the treatment of cancer, vascular anomalies, macular degeneration and glaucoma. The group is dedicated to identifying novel targets, pursuing high throughput screening of therapeutics and validation in preclinical animal models.

The ideal postdoc (PhD or MD/PhD) will have a strong background in pharmacology and pharmacokinetics with an interest in developing drugs from bench to bedside. Experience with tissue culture, Elisa assays, western blots, receptor binding, phage display and DEL drug screens are helpful. He/she should also be able to assist with in vivo efficacy/toxicity studies using mouse models.
